DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery is normally made within 7 working days of receipt of your order. If a product is out of stock, we will email you to let you know and to give you the option of cancelling your order (for a full refund) or placing your order on hold until we receive new stock. If you have any queries regarding your order and delivery schedule, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email. We take pride in our customer service reputation, however there may be rare occasions when external factors - beyond our control, can have a negative influence on this service. In these circumstances, your patience and co-operation would be greatly appreciated.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
All prices and delivery times quoted are for delivery within mainland UK only. Offshore delivery within the UK may require additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to advise you of these charges on receipt of your order. ANyone wishing to place an order for delivery outside the UK should contact us directly by email or telephone prior to placing an order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from dots-gifts.co.uk In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, we would be happy to offer you a full refund, as long as the goods are returned to us in their original state within 28 days of receipt. We are unable to refund any delivery charges and you must also take full responsibility for returning the goods to us before a full refund will be issued. We do have a few exemptions to this refund policy - namely
personal products - underwear, earrings, cosmetics perishable products - food, flowers, plants personalised/commissioned items - any items made directly to your specification
none of the above will be refunded, if you have any doubts, please call us before you commit to placing an order.
